When do you want to come get the mouse?

    Please contact me directly.

Good start, but perhaps you should be a tad more accommodating and see if you can't get the mouse to her.

Try to maintain some dignity. You made a mistake. Now make it right.

Casey, with all due respect to your wanting to work things out privately, I have read dozens of threads on bad transactions and believe, for the most part, that once things go south, they are better left played out in a forum setting...to avoid miscommunication, minced words, and things of that sort.

You need to find away. You found your way to the airport to get the mouse, now you need to find a way to make this right. They have already come to you once. Now, you need to make it easy for them.

    Understandable, RobNJ.

Don, there is no way for me to get it to her.

Sorry Casey, I don't buy it. Borrow some money from your parents. Ask to borrow their car, if yours won't make the trip. Explain the seriousness of this situation to your friends or room mates. Ask them for help. You aren't looking for solutions.

You may need to take a day off work. You may have to borrow money. You may have to swallow your pride and beg for help, but it is your responsibility to return the property (mouse) to its owner. They have already made a trip to you once and you did not do the right thing. Now, you have a chance to do the right thing. Please do it!

If someone in the area is making a trip south, then I can give them the mouse.

Otherwise, there is nothing that I can do for at least another week.

Please wait until Stina has responded, before getting to in-depth with the discussion of 'how'. I believe she has family in the near-by area, so perhaps I could take them the mouse.

Car rentals are not terribly expensive. If you cannot drive:

There's 4 seperate greyhound buses going to Allentown from Richmond each day. You could easily go there and back in one day. Do the right thing.

I have exactly $0 to my name. None of those things are options.
