    "BABY" smells a rat...
Man these BOAs really have a great sense of smell. I have been using F/T fuzzy rats for the last two weeks and after thawing for 30 min. in room temp water I place it under his heat lamp on top of the cage head first. It gets it warm, heats the head end up a little more and this really wakes the snake up. Its not even in the cage and he starts looking for it after just 60 seconds or so. Fun to watch. By the time the little rat feels a little warmer than room temp I just open the door and dangle it a time or two with tongs and BAM it gone. He just loves dinner time.:D I am glad I usually don't smell like a rat.;)
