    Very cool. By some coincidence, I just found a 20" local king snake on my front porch last evening- in great shape too, despite the heat (& I offered a drink of water). :snake:

    I can definitely improve their information from Hudson County, NJ. They only have one recorded observation and that was a painted turtle from 10 years ago.

    I wouldn't get too specific about where I was finding certain critters, certainly not down to GPS coordinates or anything like that. Don't want to help the poachers after all.
