Very nice collection Zig! I love all of your carpets and your bulls. I thought about getting an albino bull snake but heard they can be pissy... but then again, I do own a woma python ...lol

Haha. It's funny you should mention lizards Dave. My son has been asking for a gecko lately. I told him let's think about it for his birthday in July. I'd actually prefer a BTS but he insists on a gecko. It was actually his request for a blue lizard when he was three that reignited my love of snakes back in 2012. He asked for a blue lizard for his 1st pet. One day we were out as a family and mama bear had to go to the craft store. There was a Petsmart next door so baby bear and I decided to see if they had any blue lizards. They didn't. They did have a beautiful blk & wht banded Cal King though. It didn't take much to convince my 3 y/o that snakes were just as, if not cooler, than lizards. It did take about 45 minutes in the parking lot to convince the queen bee though. The rest is history as they say . Once we got the green light for the Cal King things quickly spiraled out of control. I got an MBK about 3 months later and it's been 1 or 2 snakes a year since then with the exception of the one year when I swore I wouldn't add any more critters until we moved out of the apartment and into a house. I quickly added 3 new snakes after the move last year. All because of a blue lizard .

This is where it all began. Time goes by and kids and snakes grow so fast.
