    Well, you did pick a very pretty, and decidedly non-scary, species to start with, so perhaps your wife will begin to see the appeal! Ball pythons are similarly cute and non-threatening; I think you have some hope!

    I always tell her about how good my ball python was lol missed him bad enough I had to get another snake. That was part of the convincing measures used to get the Rosy
