Question Heat cable; how to set up and how much would I need for a ball python rack?

Recently I've been thinking about building a rack for ball pythons, since I want to get more snakes but don't have much space. Heat tape isn't available where I live, my only other option would be heat mats but those go for 30 USD each. I've been looking at heat cables recently instead.

The rack will be 160 cm wide, 60 cm deep and have 3 shelves. Each shelf will be 60 cm high. I'll keep two tubs(80x60x50each) on every shelf. The heat cable I'm looking at getting is 80w and 10.5m, only 9m of which will get hot.

How much heat cable will I need? How to go about setting it up? Or should I use a different heat source? If so, what heat source would you recommend?
