Good to see you are still acquiring new stuff. Never worry if something doesn't work out or isn't your bag!

That's a beauty and I am excited to hear about your experiences.
Yes, how's Wallace coming along? I remember we were both concerned about their adult size. I just wasn't prepared for the possibility of a large reric. This python will definitely be my last for quite some time (at least that's what I said before I purchased this one). I'm thinking of starting a progression thread Gio, so you can follow this python. I've been lurking through Wallace's progression, he looks great.

    Yes,

Start a thread as there are not many WLP's here to follow.

Wallace is great. He is 14 months old and maybe 6 feet long. The first year is a big growth year, and I'm sure the second will be a fairly good year for growth. I'm thinking 8-9 feet. Sauzo's retic, Caesar is a 7 footer but now starting to thicken up so he may slowing in length and starting to thicken and slow overall.

I'm glad you have something you are confident in. There is nothing wrong with making a move like you did. You did the right thing and rather quickly. Maybe at some point you'll try a retic again and maybe not.

So far so good here, but this thread is about your new snake.

    I vote progression thread!

I still love retics, and perhaps in the future I'll consider a retic. In the meantime however, I love following the SD retic threads on here. I'm not too active with posting but I'm still on here following.

I will be starting a progression thread.

I also am in full support of a white lipped python progression thread. Such amazing and sparsely kept snakes. Tons of pictures post haste!

I will try to post as much as possible, I myself was not able to find many people keeping this species or much information on keeping it for that matter. I will be letting him settle in nicely and feed once before I start taking pictures and such. Stay tuned if you're interested.
