I think I do but I'm not 100%. It's a really low-quality photo. Maybe between the diaper box and the wall? Some folks in the comments on FB are freaking out about it being 'around the neck of the teddy bear' but uh, that just looks like a squished teddy to me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
