From 0 to 3 Ball Pythons in 9 months. I am a little concerned. within the same 9 months I also got a green cheek conure which makes a bigger mess than all 3 snakes.

Well, I’ve gone from 9 to 17 snakes in the last 9 months, and that’s with 2 of my original 9 passing. All of my new additions are bps. I just love them. ❤️

 Sneks are beautiful... but I think parrots are gonna be it for me when I get suitable space.

I’ve only kept one bird in the past, a quaker parakeet. Cool critter but way messy...and loud.  For me, part of the appeal behind snakes is they are quiet pets.

Around this time last year we brought home our first BP. Now we have 9 BPs, 2 boas, 1 corn snake, and 2 (soon to be 3) carpet pythons.  That is A LOT of snakes in a short period of time. Thankfully we have the time and resources to fully devote ourselves to their care, but we're definitely slowing down on adding any more.
Unless I find a REALLY nice boa at Tinley this weekend.
