Looking good, from what I seen short tail change colors but unlike bps for the better colors getting richer and bolder ever shed, that is one smoking hot snake and will only get better with age please keep us posted

They have a reputation for being a bit nippy, as well as unpredictable. However, that rep is gradually being put to bed as captive bred animals are readily available.
I've handled a handful, and only one juvenile struck.
My personal experience with Juice after 6 months in my care: quiet, wimpy, closed-mouth hissing occasionally when I first touch him. I let him know I'm not a threat and he's fine. He has never struck, never even gave me a real hiss. Never once have I had a problem getting him out of his enclosure and when hes out he's the epitome of a chill "lap snake".
I do know there are still some, just like any species, that are a bit more challenging, but that's to be expected.

Out the box yesterday she was calm for the most part. There was a couple times she froze and had her tongue out half way and I just handled her accordingly. No hissing and striking whatsoever

There is a huge amount of variation in color, from yellow to brown to red. Most are sort of a brownish maroon. You can look at the parents for an idea of how the babies will turn out, they do change with age somewhat.
2.0 Python brongersmai
1.1 Python breitensteini
1.0 Python curtus
1.0.1 Python regius
1.0 Acrantophis dumerili
1.0 Boa constrictor
0.1 Heterodon nasiscus nasiscus
0.0.1 Pantherophis guttatus
