    Houshmandzadeh to Philly?

"If the Eagles are interested in me, let's put it like this. If they'll be interested in me, I'll be interested in them," he said when asked if the Eagles would be his top choice.
"I think McNabb is a fine quarterback," he said. "He's one of the best quarterbacks in the league, probably, I can't even think of another quarterback that has performed throughout his career the way he has and would be put in a situation like he was put in in Baltimore, but he bounced back very well.
"He was going to playoff games consistently with Todd Pinkston and Freddie Mitchell starting for him," Houshmandzadeh said. "Consistently performing well, making it easy for them. A quarterback is gonna make it easy for his receivers and his receiver is gonna make those catches that is out of his radius where he puts the ball, ball sails on him, you go get it, I mean it goes hand in hand. You just need somebody to make plays. And you make each other look good, and I think that's what he needs."
"Did you watch the Eagles and the Bengals game during the season? I was just giving Andy Reid, I was giving him an interview in person," Houshmandzadeh said. "That's all I was doing. I was giving him a three-month interview ahead of time. That's all."

    Nice find....

I would like him to come to KC as Bowe has been a let down thus far. We need a go-to guy.

"Bowe at let down"? whats wrong with you chiefs fans! how bout your conservative coach and lack of an offensive line, LJ getting buried, and No quarterback!

Bowe is great! i even had him in fantasy! didn't really do anything, but its not his fault!

2nd in the league in drops is not what I like to see. Going 2-14....makes ya wonder if our record could be better if he would have caught half of those balls.

You are right on the Offensive line. As for QB...we need the O-line, and Thigpen did pretty well for us...his QB rating was right there with Matt Ryan.

    Our Defense has been awful...

    Re: Houshmandzadeh to Philly?

How many times have you seen the 2nd best WR on a great passing team go to another squad and just flop? Houshmandzadeh to Seattle reeks of this trend.

Outside of Bobby Engram, FA WR haven't fared so well there .... Nate Burleson, Deoin Branch...even Marcus Pollard.

    Shea Peterson

    Re: Houshmandzadeh to Philly?

Housh will play great IMO but will not have an impact... they need more then just a RB. Maybe they will build up their team with a few decent draft picks and a few trades...........who knows?? They could be dangerous if they make the right moves probably moreso in 2010.
