    Crabtree-stress fracture in foot-10 weeks

    Wow...

....so Crabtree has a stress fracture in his foot....I think there is no chance you see him in the top 10 anymore. At this point I would consider him a huge gamble in the 1st round. Unfortunate because I liked the guy...if he is still around 2nd round, I have no problem picking him up.

    Thoughts?

What I meant to say above is that I disagree. I think that Crabtree will still go top 10 and most likely top 5. He has a body of work from college, he's the most complete receiver in the draft. Also there is a history of players with injury problems still going in the first round (even high in rd 1) like Adrian Peterson and Jonathan Stewart.

    GO JETS!

Ya I have heard he can still go #5 to Seattle. He is a remarkable athlete. But he also came from a pass-happy offense (#1 passing team in the nation). TT worked out of the spread. I swear I have seen them go entire quarters without running the ball (#94 rushing team in the nation). It will be interesting to see how he works in a pro-style offense.

I agree with you there. It usually takes WR's a season or two at the least to adjust to the pro game.

BTW....wanna speak your mind about the Jets QB situation

I am pretty interested to see what moves the Jets make at their QB position? Are they going to draft one? Sign an UFA?

IMO I think they should sign a veteran QB to compete with Ratliff and Clemens. My hope is that Ratliff wins the job outright. He is special. (I HOPE)

Crabtree will go top 10 regardless of injury, he said it was an old one and if he played that good with an old injury then he will play better when he is 100%. Jets should go with someone like Jeff Garcia.
