Yeah, UPS really beats up his products and Rich packs his racks and cages really, really well. When some of mine came to the door I asked the UPS guy if they had dropped kicked the box all the way from the east coast

Rich's product lines can't be beat. I own lots of his racks and cages and am now in love with his radiant heat panels. They are great!!!

Can only add to the recommendations. We have 11 racks (CB70's, Sweater boxes, and Shoe box racks) from RBI and bought numerous suppplies from them. Rich is highly recommended and for good reason. He stands behind his product, communicates quickly, and is a stand up person...

Glad to hear you're enjoying your RBI racks. We love ours. Do let Rich know though about the damage. Any good supplier always needs to know how his shipping company is treating the product he puts some much of his hard work into.
