I don't know as to your food, I'll have to look into that stuff, but I use a mix of wild bird food, rabbit food, and corn, get it all from a farm store in the area, $20 worth last about 5-6 months

Can I feed this to my mice?
I'm not sure the protein content is good enough.. At least it wouldn't be for my rats. I noticed that my babies don't do well on lower protein food. They grow slow and are scrawny. When I upgraded to 19-21% protein, they did much better. I'm sure you could use that food and just supplement with other things. A small % of bird food, plain oatmeal, cereals, fruits and veggies as a treat. Bread heels that no one eats.. In the average household there should be something like this either left-over, or just on the counter or in the fridge so that the rats could have a small snack of something different every day or so.
