Glad your problem will at least be resolved satisfactorily!

Amazing how well those PayPal claims work to get an unresponsive seller to respond... I placed an order with a company (completely unrelated to snakes), and got an order confirmation, but nothing after that. The order was for an online product. I waited a week, tried contacting the company. I made multiple attempts to contact, both through email and phone. I was generous and gave them several weeks to work it out, since I placed my order right around Christmas time. Opened a claim with PayPal, and amazingly I got a response THE next day. Problem solved after that.
Why keep a snake? Why keep any animal? Because you enjoy the animal, find something beautiful and fascinating about it, and it fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

I'm over Loxahatchee. Loved their rats, used them for a couple years. When they stopped responding to my emails, I stopped sending them my money.

Let us know how it works out with monster.
