I moved this to the "Is this a Morph" forum.

Those look like two very nice little normals. Congrats on the new babies and welcome to BP.net!

All ball pythons have some degree of color change between their backs, sides, and bellies. And normal ball pythons can vary a LOT in patterns and colors.

Is it possible that either of them are het for something recessive? Possible. But there's no way to tell or guess just by looking. And without knowing what that something might be, it is pretty difficult (but not impossible) to prove out. I wouldn't bother trying unless you "knew" it was het for something.

First off welcome to bp.net. In the last month of me being a member I have learned more then I have ever thought possible, and i'm possitive you will also. Now to answer your question, the first looks like its got a secret bit its gonna be hard to prove out. The second looks like a nice little normal. The one thing I did notice is, is the first bp's belly yellow or is that a lighting issue?

They first one looks possible Yellow Belly but does not have the speckling on the belly so I would say normal. The second is definitely a normal!

First one might be a granite, but not all granites are genetic. Second is definitely a normal.

The first one looks nothing like a yellowbelly.

    Both perfectly nice little normals.
