Should be fine the main concern is him traveling horizontally and dragging the yolk.

Now will it be fine well it's really a 50/50 it will depend on whether or not he will absorb its yolk, sometimes even after untangling the cord they actually will not absorb the yolk and in this case you basically cut it off like explained in the write up and assist the animal within 48 hours, granted the animal makes it.

So it will depends on whether or not you see a difference in the yolk tomorrow if it still look the same and no progress was made in 24 hours you will have to intervene again, if you notice a difference and he is absorbing his yolk than there is a good chance that the hatchling will be fine and on schedule like the other one in the clutch.
