    I'm New

Hi All! My name is Lisa and my daughter was given a 5 month old Ball Python as a gift from her boyfriend...I am here because I am the one that takes care of the animals.

I am an animal lover...I have a hermit crab habitat, a cat named Grizzabella, a fishtank with silver dollar's, a 5 month old lab/chow puppy named Spartacus, and a pit bull named Thorne. I write letters to legislators, one a day, to do my part fighting breed specific legislation all over the country. I volunteer at my local animal shelter walking dogs.

Here are some pictures of my crew...

Miss Thorne (how could you not love a pit bull!)

I am off to learn about the proper substrate to put in my tank and ball python care!

Welcome to the family. Let us know if you have any questions about the new babies care (though just reading around here and you will find most everything )

Love the Pit by the way.

Welcome aboard. As far as substrate for your bp, aspen bark works great.
