    first shed!!

well came home from working a 24 hour duty. wife said there was little balls of subtrate in hot side of tank... so i get home and check. her night light was on so i turned on bright light and............behold! a shed... i was so worried about her shedding a perfect shed as everyone says. so i did my research and kept her tank at perfect temps as everyone said..... as i picked it up i closed my eyes and hoped for the best and............... bam.... 1 piece full shed and not a piece left on her. thanks to all of you and your wonderful info... this is because of you guys and gals...........

    thanks from us

kinda weird she hasnt ate in 2 weeks while in shed. i offer a frozen mouse and she doesnt take. i go to the store and buy a live one and she doesnt eat it. she ignores it i figured she be hungry after not eating for 2 weeks... guess i try next week. i just gave that little mouse to my 5 yr old bp as a mid week snack i guess

Some will eat in shed and some just plain won't - I just accept it now as the stress a ball python can create is like no other.

    congrats on the shed dude,
