floor space needed for BP?
what is the best size of floor space needed for a fully grown BP. I would need it in inches (28 x 44 x 12 ect..) or in cubic feet (1.5 cu ft.)
last question. When the rack is made out of wood can I place the heat source right on the wood if Im useing a dimer switch? like if Im useing a UTH or flexwat? (what is flex wat??)
Something my husband wanted to know.

Re: floor space needed for BP?
Full grown ball pythons are commonly kept in tubs measuring 36 in L x 17 in. W x 6 in. H. If you are going to use a rack system, dimmers will be inadequate. You will need to purchase a good thermostat to run the rack.
Flexwatt is a UTH commonly used for rack systems. Here is a link: http://www.mgreptiles.com/FLEXFAQ.html
