New logo (opinions welcome)

2ndbite just finished my logo and was just kinda wondering what everyones take on it is? (likes and dislikes or logo top or bottom) Ne ways here it is

I like the logo on top. First thing I saw was the pieds head needs some work.

I like it. I think the head is ok bc the overall look is "cartoony". I don't think it needs to be perfectly realistic looking. I think he was going for more of that kinda look. idk though. Just my .02

Thanks everyone, yea the head doesn't bother me because i wanted it to look that cartoonish since it is wrapped around a rat and i didnt want to over offend any furry lovers out there. It was done by a group called 2nd bite on facebook and cost 50 bucks
