LOL, a domain is just a forwarding site to forward to your host.
When I did web designing, one of the best hosts I always found was hostmonster.com. They have really great prices, good support, and about every option you can think of for cheap. It has been about 2-3 months since I did anything but i'm sure the prices are current. If you need any help with anything shoot me a PM and i'll be more then happy to help you setup. Plus the offer you a free domain.
You should call go-daddy and see if you can get a refund, and get the one that hostmonster provides. BEFORE you do that though, check to make sure you can re-register sunglowexotics.com otherwise you may have to change it to .net or .org or change something up.

I think im going to stick with godaddy... they provide hosting for cheap aswell... Not as cheap, but either it's not a lot of money a month... $10 a year for the domain, and like $7 a month for 150 GB of space i believe... I think there is a cheaper one, but im gonna go with the average one to be safe... And thanks for the help... I get it now...

You can start building your site with godaddy now, you will have 2 options
1 Free which means you will have advertising on the top
2 Pay for hosting (it will cost you less than $5 a month)
I use GoDaddy for my site (Domain and Hosting) and I am very happy with them.
The smallest hosting package will be more than enough this is what I use.

Re: bought a domain.. now what? lol
Was just glad I could help. I managed a few sites up until about 2-3 months ago when I really decided it was too time consuming, and one of the guys I designed a site for always wanted to come over and interrupt my sleep instead of coming over at a time I was already up(I work nights and sleep most day).

Okay, i have designed my site and bought 2 months worth of hosting for $10! Now i designed my site on "Iweb", and it came out fantastic... So i downloaded "Easy Iweb Publisher 5.0", as the FTP... So i configured it, with my domain and ftp//ftp.Mydomain.com, etc. And put in my hosting username and password, and after it did the configuration check it said everything is OK! Then i dragged over the website file (i published the website to a file) to easy iweb publisher, and clicked Publish To Web... This is where the problem occurs... It says Failed to Upload Index.html blah blah blah..... Is this just because it takes a while for the hosting account to be ready? I setup my hosting account with godaddy, and it says:
"While your hosting account is now active, it typically takes between 24-48 hours before your hosting account is ready for you to upload your Web site."
Okay, well i just answered my own question while typing this.... So i guess i'll make a little use out of this... Since you have done this before, how long did it take you before you were able to upload your site?
