    That was a pretty interesting video, but I still did not see how the snake body fakes the fish. It seems to me that the snake just went right after the fish, and the fish just so happened to turn towards the snake’s mouth, as opposed to opposite the snake’s mouth. I'm probably just missing it. It is still pretty early. lol

    I actually found that link from an article about fish and their inner ears, which help them swim right side up. The ears also help the fish detect movement, and when they detect movement they swim away because they get scared. That snake makes a perfect J, and lays there motionless until a fish approaches, and then the snake does that little body flicker to trigger the fish's fear response. The fish being scared pulls a 180 but the snake's mouth is already there. Neat, huh?
