    Speaking of confused snakes...

Somebody recently posted a picture of their snake eating a mouse feet-first... I mentioned that my pastel tries that all the time, and got a picture of the confused boy tonight. He is the sweetest snake I've ever met, but apparently a little short in the brains department. He is a fantastic eater, though, and will take literally anything you offer - rat, mouse, f/t, live, whatever!

Always goes for the butt first...

Maybe this is a better place to start?

LMAO at all of you. I'm a (straight) woman, and more into the upper body - nothin' wrong with a nice butt, though.

No, that was a live rat pup. He always strikes & constricts until it's dead, then drops it to get repositioned by the butt. I'm telling you, he's a little confused!

He's actually my only snake who has eaten F/T thus far... but it's just easier to give them all live, since the others are pickier.
