    19 tub Iris MCB-L 30qt Rack

I built this rack after seeing Halfdawg rack. Seeing how i cant get the tubs he used i used Iris MCB-L 30qt tubs. I found a place that carry Black 3/4 Melimine so i went with that. Its not finished yet i still need more tubs, heating, and Melimine Edging. Let me know what you think.

Looks very nice with the black............my concern from what i can see is that you don;t have a brace in the middle and with the weight of the 3 tubs full down the road u might get some warping......best of luck.

    Hi,

    Looking good.

What do you call those clamps in this pic? They look like they would come in handy.

I have 3/4 black melamine with an open span at the front of 40 inches and it hasn't really sagged at all - all the faults were built in as it were.

It does have a support in the middle of the span at the back though.

I have to agree on the sagging issue. supported from the back it may sag in the front.

BUT its not hard to cut some pieces of 1/8" board and glue it between the bins
