Ranco Thermostat repair?

I've got a Ranco thermostat that quit working recently, it was displaying the E2 error (memory error) I tried reprogramming it but it wouldn't work. Then I tried reprogramming it different ways and found that it will work in Celsius mode but not Fahrenheit mode. I supposed I could use it like this but I'm not so sure that I'd trust it. Is there any way to replace or repair the memory in these?
