Re: More Doberman Pictures (Athena)
She is really nice looking!!! Will she tear that stuffed toy apart or just play with it?

Re: More Doberman Pictures (Athena)
She's had it for about two weeks now and all she does is hold it and carry it around, she hasn't tore the eyes off or anything! She's not allowed to have any toys if we aren't there to moniter her. I take the toys away as soon as she starts to destroy them so maybe that's why she's not tearing this one apart!

LOL-Maybe that's why she isn't tearing into it. She's scared mommy is going to take away her new favorite toy That could be good though. Her toys will last longer

Thank you! Just about every single person that meets her says something about her coat. I don't mean to, but I think I insult some people when I say I just feed her really good dog food. She's on a "holistic" dog food with no byproducts, corn, etc. I don't do anything else that would make her shiny...although she doesn't get any people food or store bought treats, I don't know if that would make that much of a difference.

Re: More Doberman Pictures (Athena)
She is pretty, I love the shots with her smiling.
We have had a Doberman at the shelter I volunteer at for a couple weeks, He came in scared and with mites. The mites are being treated and he is running around playing happily now, but I think is ears were cut wrong because hers looks so much cleaner and nicer than his. His just don't look right.

Would you mind telling me what kind of "holistic" dog food you are giving her? No matter what kind I feed ours, they never seem to have that shine. And I always go with the high quality stuff.
And by the way she is beautiful! I love Dobermans and would love to have one. Sadly the boyfriend doesn't want a large dog. He doesn't mind our Miniature Pinschers but doesn't want anything bigger than that. Of course with it being his house I say ok for now.
