Very nice looking snake! A little advice if the log is the only hide it is not a good hide for BPs.Something round and the size your snake can touch all sides also all closed except for the entrance. And you should have two one for the cool side one for the hot.

    Nice snakes!

Most people recommend against that reptile carpet stuff because it can be a breeding ground for bacteria and other nasties. If you want to keep using it, you must change it out every time the snake poops or pees, and either throw it away or thoroughly clean and disinfect it. But that is either a lot of work or a lot of money, and you'll probably be happier changing to something like newspaper or aspen.

well I'm pretty sure I be happier with carpet. Since that is what I just changed to. I well aware of all the risks for both carpet and aspen.

Thanks for the compliment on the snakes.

    Hay Brother,
That is one hot looking pastel, he needs a name though. And CJ is growing like a weed. Last time I saw her she was a wee little girl. I wish you the best of luck with them both.

I love the blushing on the pastel, he does need a name though. The normal looks good herself, but I think the back blushing on the pastel is immaculate!

Still working on the name. Everything I think of just doesn't fit. I know it shouldn't be that hard.
