Unhappy Amazon Tree Boa with awful shedding issues..

At the pet store I work at there is an Amazon Tree Boa with horrible shedding issues. None of the other snakes are having issues with shedding but him. I would probably say it's a stuck shed issue as he has been that way since I got hired(in February).

My manager says he is mean and bites. I don't know how to handle this as my manager does not seem to want to. I don't think his cage has been cleaned out either. I am going to try to clean it out tomorrow as I am tired of looking it..

I am just worried about him biting me.

How can I help his shedding issues without getting bit? I am sure he's probably just peeved about his skin. I would be too.

    Help..
    Thanks..

Sounds like a humidity issue. I would start out by cleaning the tank and misting it down, if that doesnt work you might have to soak him. ATBs are notorious for being aggressive. With an angry ATB, you will get bit, so you might want gloves. Even if he does get you though, bites from these guys arent as bad as other arboreals.
