    Talking Yay, Baby Rabbits!

My sis's bunny is having babies! So far 4, and one looks FREAKING AWESOME! No pics yet, she is still in labor, and since she rejected her past two we are leaving her alone as much as possible, but I'll try to get a quick snapshot tomorrow.

    Thanks Deb,
There is one in the litter that is almost all black, with a white lil dot on its head and a white under belly that is sooo mine if it makes it.

That's great. just remember don't count your babies until they have thier eyes open. Death is very common in kits. It's spring now so more should survive though.
    Too many pets to list!

Unfortunately that is something we know to well here. I really hope they all make it.

Me too. In about 7 days they should be opening their eyes, I am absolutely estatic about that.

My mom took them from my sister (she (my sis) didn't seem to care very much for them) and now I am caring for them. So far she is caring for all of them rather well. There is one that has a possibility of not making it but I have high hopes (momma is being very tolerant and forgiving.) Right now there are 6 kits, two mostly black ones, 1 mostly beige, and three white ones with small variations of black spots. I'll try to get some better pics later today.

I know, they barely have fur on them and they are suppose to open their eyes in a week!? It crazy but so fascinating. So much for sneaking one home from the feed store.
