    Let's see those racks...

I've decided to build instead of buy. Now I just need some ideas. Let's see those DIY racks. Thanks

I make mine similar to these....

He doesn't explain how to bend the metal for the heat tape but I went to harbor freight and got an 18" metal break and it works perfect for bending it...you do have to get some clamps to actually bend it but its only about $30 for the break and I was so happy when I bought it and it worked cause the other way I was doing it was hell....

    Re: Let's see those racks...

We used this rack design. Super easy since it's made from pre-cut shelves from Home Depot. Can't get much easier than that LOL.

I think what I love about these racks most is with the way they are designed you end up with this nice open workspace on top with sides so your stuff doesn't slide off. Very handy in the snake room when you want to pull a tub to work on it. We've built 2 so far and are planning a 3rd soon. We did change it up slightly to accommodate different size tubs but the basic design is easy and for a nice mid-size 32 qt tub.
