Please help? Mouth Rot pictures wanted.

Please help, I'm kinda freaking out here. I have a YB Male and I've just noticed some darkened area on his mouth (like where his tongue comes out.) I'm not new to snakes, but this is my first yellow belly and I'm not exactly sure what the morph is supposed to look like. Like I said, I'm really freaking out. I thought mouth rot was white and came with mucus and possible wheezing. He's fine. It's just darker brown than before. For all I know, he got his face in his poop. lol.

Could this be mouth rot? Would you please post pictures of mouth rot for me (yes, I am searching, I just thought to post while searching.) Could this just be him growing older and his colors changing?

I'll take a picture after searching.

Well..i have 0% experience with mouth rot but ive looked threw a few pages of images on google about mouth rot and it looks like it could be a early sign. Some of the pictures have small spots like that but there usually darker...so it might not be. hmm..

Sorry i wasn't much help...id keep a close eye on it though.

(btw- if you google image that, be warned, some of its pretty nasty)

I don't know what it is either, but it is new. Either way, He has a 3:30pm appointment at the vet. I did see the pictures, and it all seems inside the mouth too. Thank you.

Thanks for the responses. Just a quick update from my phone (I hope this works) Turns out it's a bruise from tank rub. Vet doesn't know why he's doing this, either he's going it because he's social and very curious about anything that moves around him, or he's getting antsy and wants to mate. We both doubted it was the latter and she's advised us to place "walls" (so to speak, papers/aquarium backgrounds) around his tank so that he literally can not see anything and doesn't do this. He's been given a daily antibiotic rub and will get a check up in two weeks. He's fine and healthy, even escaped on the ride home! lol
