    Sunset Series, San Diego, CA.

    Hey guys,

This is series I shot a few weeks ago in San Diego. This photos are taken on Coronado Island.

I'm not really satisfied all that much with these pictures; what do you guys think?

I apologize in advance, for some of these photos have high ISO.

These were all taken with a D300 with an 18-200mm Nikkor lens.

I didn't have a tripod on hand and not too much time either...

Love the colors, but I like to take sunset pics with the sun still in the shot

If you had the time to sit there and wait for the right time, that would have been even more amazing, but overall, they are very nice shots. Just dark.

I agree. My dad did get some pictures of the sun setting in the sea...

I actually liked it dark so the emphasis was on the sunset and the colors, not the beach. What do you think? You think it would've been better with more light on the foreground?

It would have been better with a tad more light. The problem I see is that there is just too much BLACK. Takes away from the rest of the photo if you are trying to empasize the beach, and the sky.

I like the first one the most. I think that is more of the focus of the photos that I would be trying to take.
