Where in TN? I'm not too far at all depending on where in TN. Although no volcanoes almost kills it for me.

Why do I feel like I have been in the wrong part of Tennessee?

Not sure where you were but that is where I need to go.

    Amazing pictures!

    Re: recent trip thru TN...

the waterfall photos in this thread are from rock island st. part and burgess falls.

both of these have some cool areas to swim in if the weather is permitting. be careful cause you could be swimming and then there is a 100 foot drop! LOL!

another good one is fall creek falls, especially if you are not afraid of heights, as you can go down the "rope" trail to the base. there is a lookout and another really nice cascading falls there.

there are TONS of waterfalls all over TN....unfortunately some are on private property.

GA has some awesome falls as well...i'll dig up photos....

    tarzan,

the body i used was a canon 5D mark II....lenses varied between 16-35 L II, 24-70 L, and 15mm fisheye. the fisheye was used on the last photo of me...it adds at least 10 lbs. to the person in the photo....
