    Getting a Ball Soon!

I found three Ball Pythons here in my area that are beautiful. I want to go pick one up but before I do, I don't want to pay what the pet store wants to charge me for a "starter kit" for him/her. I want the basics, but I also want to provide the best possible home for my snake. Any and all advise would be great. Thanks Dustin

    Re: Getting a Ball Soon!

    You will need

-Plastic tub or glass tank (size will depend on the size of the animal)
-2 tight identical hides (size will depend on the size of the animal) - This will give you an idea on sizes http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...08&postcount=1
    -UTH
-RELIABLE Thermostat to provide proper temps and avoid over-heating
    -Water Dish
    -Digital Thermometer/Hygrometer

Make sure to have your enclosure up and running (proper temps and humidity) before picking up your BP this will save you some headaches

I would recommend you to go over the following as well
