Mouse\Rat Pinkies, hoppers, etc....?????
How do you describe the difference between the stages of mice\rat? I keep reading about "Fuzzies, pinkies, hoppers, etc". Can anyone give a good description of all the stages? I don't want to just be guessing, you know? And I'm sure there is already a thread about this I just haven't come across it yet, and am not sure where to look. So I took the lazy way by just asking again Ha Ha.

You can go to rodentpro.com. They break it down good.

It's pretty much weight and size, plus characteristics. A rat pinkie would be a newborn, no fur, still blind and deaf. Really small. This size is good for snakes that hatched within the past month or two. A fuzzy is a rat with a lil fur on it, but it's eyes and ears are still closed. They're slightly bigger than pinkies. Hoppers are about double the size of a pinkie I think, pretty much as furry as it's going to get, eyes and ears are open, and they're called hoppers because they hop around alot.
But do what Boanerges recommended, check out rodentpro.com. They show you the size and weight of each diff stage
