Got a picture for you. I dropped in a fat little hopper for him to see if he was ready to eat for me, and he shot out of his hide to grab it with no hesitation. Silly boy, likes to flip his hide over and lay in it. I thought you'd be happy to see this. I have plenty of mice here for him.
