asf food ( they should not get )

ok I went out and got some varity of seed mix for birds ,rodents and other mammals. I was just wondering is they any thing I could give them ( not planning on this ) that may be toxic or even kill them for eating food wise ? you know like with dogs no large amounts of cholocate. I hate to kill off my entire rodent factory cause I gave them (example ) a banana and that a food that kills them in a few seconds or what ever..

Re: asf food ( they should not get )

Here are several sites I have used for reference in my Rodents diets. They contain both Forbidden Food Lists and lists of a nutritionally balanced diet on the following sites.

Here is a diet I have fed my rats since I can remember. Suebee has put together a wonderfully balanced diet for rodents. I also offered them Harlan Teklad or Mazuri lab blocks.

Forbidden foods for Rats also apply to African Soft Furs.
