    Monty My New Ball Python

Make You Coffee Look Good Today!!
Monty Thought That The Lamp Needed A Little Decrorating!!
My Mirror Picture Didn't Turn Out Like I Wanted!!

I think Monty is a normal ball python but his underbelly is almost all white!!
He maybe a dark pastel as he has these faded marks on him that resemble those of a pastel, We will see as i think he will shed in a few weeks!!

Re: Monty My New Ball Python

Those who wanted to know Monty's weight and size, well I got a digital gram scale for christmas!! He is 114 grams so he is still small also he won't let me hold him down to measure him so I figured he is round 20 inches or thats what I got when I tryed measuring him!! Also its been a week since I fed him and had him and he still hasn't pooped and he hates being soaked!!! Is there a concern? He also won't eat and I was told he is a good eater which I know he eats well as of last week, but he was suppose to eat yesterday and he didn't so I had to throw the frozen mouse out as it was stinking and so I will try monday again!! He has never eaten frozen mice either he eats live but he refused the live mice so i killed them and froze them. So now I have one frozen mouse left. Melissa

Re: Monty My New Ball Python

I learned a trick from somewhere on the internet to let the snake crawl into a tube to measure its length. I have this tupperware-type container that holds uncooked spaghetti and I let him crawl in there and he straightened out quite good enough to get a good measurement.

Great looking ball python you got there! I'm too new to snakes to know anything about recessives and all these types of morphs. So, I tend to assign a value to the snake by the way it "looks".
