What do you use to house your hognoses?
Since everyone else seems to be doing it i might as well jump off the bridge too.
I was curious to see how everyone housed their hognoses. I'll set up some pictures of my cages, soon. I was wondering if people use racks, or aquariums, or even some custom cages. All styles and types welcome!

I use all the above. Depends on the species and so on. My giants were in custom 24x24 with large hides and lights.

I have a male Western. He's in a 10 gallon aquarium with a ton of aspen. He likes to burrow in it. I use to put in a hide box, but its pretty much pointless since he is always buried.

I use the same shelving unit, but I don't own hognoses. It's great when you need to rearrange and adjust the shelf heights. Great looking setup.
I wish I had a whole room to devote to my snakes.

My house? ... 13 snakes, 3 geckos, a tarantula, a boyfriend, a roommate (yes the roommate and boyfriend make the "animals" list), 3 cats, a roach colony and don't ask me to count the rodents.

I don't really suggest keeping two ball pythons in one cage.
Just FYI.
Nice set-ups though.

I know They aren't happy otherwise. They will go off feeding completely if i separate them. I had them apart for about 3 months and they ate nothing so i put em back and BAM they start feeding again. They're two brothers, same clutch.
I do the same with my females in NJ (snakes, not like different ho's in area codes or anything like that) Once they start eating small size mice i separate them.
Thanks for the concern, though!

:-D yeah, i love these shelves! I swear i rearrange everything at least once every six months.
Sadly, this reptile setup is not only in my rat room, but it's also my bedroom I have no room for anything at all, that's why my elliptical machine is crowding in on the pictures, lol.
I wish i had a snake/rodent room! I'd be in boid heaven, except without the dying and repentance stuff.

I live in a one bedroom apartment so I know what it's like to share my living space with snakes and rodents. Luckily I don't mind.
