    Question!!!!

I got 2 whites tree frogs, and for some reason I am getting some kind of moldy mess growing around the bottom of on the wood pieces I have for them to climb. Humidity never really goes over 70% after I mist it, and I do keep saran wrap around 50% of the screen lid, but when I don't do this I have trouble keeping the humidity levels right. I know mold happens when there is not enough ventilation but what am I supposed to do?? Thanks for the help!!

    Re: Question!!!!

if it is mold try taking the wood out and completly soaking it for 24 hours then bake it. check it every few minutes untill it's dry. this kills the mold spores. then use a small computer fan to keep the air circulating. this will still keep your humidity up but won't allow for stagnant air. hope this helps
