Bullsnake setup and tenant!!(pic heavy)

So I just setup my bullsnakes new digs. Then I tried taking some pics and he got a little angry. Pit Lovers enjoy!

How long did it take you to make the enclosure? It's very nice . Don't know a whole lot about bulls but they are one of the species I'd like to get into later on . Great looking snake btw!

The enclosure was made by someone else, but I think it took about 2 days total. Bulls are one of my favorite snakes...the only other snakes that compare in personality are the old world ratsnakes. I love my guy.

And he wanted me to think he was gonna take my face off, but they are all bluff, He would have stopped had I picked him up.

Ahhhhh . It's one of those types my big cal king will do the same thing to me he's even given me the closed mouth headbutt a couple of times lol. But once he's out of the enclosure he's a freakin puppy dog lol. I'm trying to limit my new colubrid purchases for right now so I can try and get a couple of the balls that I've been wanting once they start hatching next year but I'll probably have a bull or 4 someday. I really like the whitesided bulls but the normal bulls are still a dang cool snake

Thank you. I don't know how old he is. I got him and a 20 gal long for 20 bucks from some random kid one day. He is great. I am thinking probably 1 or two years old though. he has a lot of growing to do.

Yeah, comparing them to old world ratsnakes, I would say the only difference is the OWR's actually bite and don't calm down a lot of the time. I am the other way right now. i am trying to sell of my bp's so I can buy some more colubrids. There might be some freakin nice bp's out there. But I must say "Colubrids have more fun". My bullsnake is out cruising his enclosure a ton during the day, probably "hunting". but I can just sit on the floor and watch him....my 6 year old daughter and I actually do that.

and BTW the normal bull snakes are some of my favorites.
