    De!

We found DE at the farm supply store. Bit expensive. 8.99 for a 4lb bag, but we got some and are going to try it out tonight. Now, when you rub it on your pet, do you just leave it on there, or do you have to wash it off? When its on the carpet, do you just vacuum it up after 2 days. (it says to wait 2 days for it to kill all the fleas)

    Re: De!

We've been letting the DE sit on the carpet of our bedroom for 3 days now. We brought the cats in to dust them down with it and we had fleas on our socks. Not sure if we brought them in from the hallway or if they dropped off the cats while we held them, but there were definitely fleas.

    Re: De!

I now have flea treatment for the cats and the dog and they will be getting it put on them tonight. Now the only problem is the fleas in the carpet. Rah! The little suckers just won't die!
