Nope...don't like the way that turned out 
Trying to get it so that you see the pic automatically when you read the thread like everyone else's. I've read the tutorials and it's not working for me

when your posting click the yellow button (insert image) with mountains on it and then paste that address into the popup box
also if you want the full image you have to take out the _thumb from the url like this:

Once you upload your pic to your gallery click on the pic and then scroll down to the direct link. High light the direct link and copy it.Then paste it on your post. Then add [img]in the front and [/img] at the end. Hope this helps.

Doesn't matter who you use - the question was about getting the image to show:
you use IMG codes - like so:
