    Thinking about a hognose

The beginning of the year i'm going to be moving some of my snakes to larger enclosures and I'm thinking about backfilling one of them with a hognose. Any recommendations for a breeder? I'm looking mostly at normal westerns.

    Re: Thinking about a hognose

I have some normal western available right now that are feeding on f/t unscented.

But really, there are several of us out there.

Myself, Lindsey Pike, Justin Mitchem, Alex Hue to name a few. I could scronge up some more for you, those are just off of the top of my head.

Just make sure you know exactly what and how the babies are being fed. Live or f/t, unscented or scented (if so with what), off of tongs or in a deli cup (this is important because some will only eat if there is a bit of movement), etc.

Yeah, i'd want only f/t unscented. tongs are not a problem as i have a couple of snakes that require that attention already. florida is a plus, as that's where i'm at (less time in a box). do you have a website, or anything i can take down so that i can contact you when i'm ready?

Most expos have breeders that sell Hoggers. You can get one from your local expo (like I did).

    In a better place:

If you need/want to know anything about Hognose snakes, just ask me.
