Need opinions
I have been emailing back and forth with a guy in Asia who wants to buy an incubator from me. I got him a Fedex shipping quote, which was quite a bit of money, and he said no problem. He paid last night from a varified paypal account, but he said it was his friend's account. The account owner i varified in the same town as the actual buyer. Should I have any qualms about this transaction? Thanks in advance.

I would just wait to ship once the $ from your paypal acct has been transferred to your bank account.

Re: Need opinions
You could try contacting the account owner to verify that he knows about the whole deal. Of course if this guy has the login to someone else's paypal account, there's a chance he's also got the owner's email account.

Can the actual owner of the account speak and read English?

If the money clears, ship it.

Re: Need opinions
Thanks everyone. I ended up varifying the payment with his friend through the email the money was sent from, and withdrawing it to my bank account. Once it clears I'll be shipping it out.

I don't see why not. It's pretty common for Asians to have english as a second language, not to mention there's more than a few translators on the web. Even google has one.
