    Twins X 2

This was one of my neatest clutches from the 08 season. I hatched 7 snakes from 5 eggs! Two sets of identical twins in the same clutch.

A couple of pics of the first set of twins:

And a couple of the second set:

Everybody is het albino to boot

    That's awesome Joe!!! Congrats.

I'm green with envy ... I've only done twins once, and I didn't even know it until Kelly was checking egg boxes and asked me why there were 10 snakes and only empty shells ... totally missed it.

    Are they super tiny?

Awesome Joe! Be sure to update us once they've shed! I'd love to see the two sets next to eachother.

Thanks man. I hatched twins a bunch of times.....with pretty poor results.

These are ridiculously tiny...but they are perfect. I hope they make it.

They have shed and are feeding too. My best twins so far....we'll see.
I'll shoot some pics if they ever put some size on.

Good luck with those Joe. Hopefully both of them eating is a good sign. I thought I was going to hatch out twins in one clutch a year ago but it turned out one of them had just slit his way through two eggs.

what do you mean by "identical"? I've hatched twin pastels in 2006 and mine really were NOT identical in any way (pattern, size, etc)... are you saying that the patterns on the twins are identical?

    Regards,
    Bristen.

Is it possible to get twins of two different genetics?
