Bully Bowl 08' (DUW)

Saturday we entered one of our pitties Chuck Norris (formally known as Doza lol) in his FIRST EVER bullie show.

My husband came across the shows info Friday night, and I talked him into bringing and showing Chuck.

First off I have to say I had an amazing time. Got to meet Dave Wilson for the first time. (For those who don't know he's like the godfather and founder of the Razor's edge bloodline) I even got an update on my females first pick male that went to Tony Yayo of G unit. (Mentioned in a previous thread of mine like hmm..maybe 2 years ago). So he said the pup was doing great, that he still had him and that the dog gets free run of Tony's office.

So we entered our dog into the show, his class was 1-2 year old males. We were told when registering him that that was the tuffest class, and was the class with the most dogs registered for.

I figured right then that he wouldn't place, but decided on showing him anyways, even though we had never been to a show, and Chuck had NO show training at all. Oh and there was also fact that we had NO idea what we were even supposed to do once his class was called.

Blah Blah Blah..... Chucks class was called. The registration lady wasn't lying, there was tons of muggas up in that class. The judges had a hell of a time deciding 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. And guess what?????? Chuck totally ALMOST placed!!!!

The judges kept going back and forth with him and another dog, in the end they went with the other dog.

But Chuck did AMAZING. He really made me so proud. I had tons of fun, and can't wait to do it again!!

And since I know we have hella pitbull lovers on this site I thought I'd share a few...ok ok...ALOT of pics we took.

You have a nice pit. Those were some big blues there. I have a little red nose shes 2 1/2 and only 55 lbs. I bet he weighed that much when he was just a pup. Her mom was small but her dad was huge. I want to get a blue for my next pit.

I think we had to wipe off his face like every 3 seconds or something. And don't even think about going near him after he's drank any water, its like drool city.
