    A dandelion and a grass hopper

    Got bored and wanted to shoot something, so a short trip around the yard and I find a small grass hopper:



    and out front I find:



    Both taken with a canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens. The grass hopper photo is a 100% crop, the little guy was only about 1.25" long!

    Wicked pics you have there, speaking of finding stuff in ones yard I saw a blue tail lizard.

    Have not seen any lizards in my yard, not yet anyway. Last week I found a black widow though! If I was thinking I would have got the camera out then before getting the can of raid...
