    I now have mice pinkies. Now what do i do or not do??

    Just leave them all alone The mother will do all the work from here, she may eat them but you cant really stop that unless it is cage related.

    don't freak out if she eats them... it can happen especially with a first litter! Give her as much privacy as possible.. try not to disturb at alll thru the first few days.

    Yep. Leave them totally alone for at least two or three days. When you clean after that, wear gloves or scoop the pinkies, don't touch them. That will decrease chances of the mom cannibalizing them.

    Also, make sure the adults are getting a good balanced diet with lab block and a senior level dog kibble or non-salted pig feed. The protein reduces incidents of pinky slaughter. The only time I've ever had a litter eaten by the parents was when the timing was all off and there was a litter of fuzzies in there already, so they got rid of the smaller ones.

    Well i had 5 pinkies last night and now i have 1(that i can see).

    Thay are eating Becky's mix.

    I think it maybe a security issue. Time to go shopping.
